Cheeky Bots takes a lot of pride in making nappies and we would like to think that you are more than happy with your nappy. Please check your purchase(s) as soon as they arrive.
If, you are unhappy with your in-stock purchase or Facebook purchase please contact Cheeky Bots immediately.
We do not offer refunds on purchases for change of mind.
We would also like to stress that Cheeky Bots items are hand made so there can be defects in the quality. Not all Cheeky Bots nappies are/or will look the same.
Cheeky Bots will not replicate another wahms designs. If there is a particular design your after by all means we are happy to look at it, however we will design it the Cheeky Bots way. Please do not send us photos of other Wahms Nappies asking Cheeky Bots to recreate or make something similar. This is not the Cheeky Bots style and we will find this very offensive. If this is asked your order will be automatically cancelled without any further warning.
Shipping
This will be independently quoted upon check out Prices will vary and can be subject to change with out any notice. If a in store purchase is made internationally you will receive an invoice as prices will fluctuate.
Custom Designs
Scene custom designs will be discussed and agreed upon after you have purchased a custom slot.
Designs can not be altered in any way once a final decision is made.
Due to the nature of custom orders and the amount of time it can take to make (approx 12-14 hrs) there are NO returns or refunds, except in the case of a faulty product, upon Cheeky Bots discretion or a mistake made by Cheeky Bots in the design.
Warranty
Although Cheeky Bots inspects every nappy before it gets sent to their new home, If you have any concerns regarding your purchase please email Cheeky Bots immediately [email protected]
Nappies must be returned for inspection by Cheeky Bots and repair, replacement or refund are offered at Cheeky bots discretion and all decisions are final. Postage will be at your expense.
Profiteering
Last and by no means least profiteering.
Cheeky bots does not tolerate profiteering, if anyone found to do so will no longer be welcome to shop with Cheeky Bots and will be removed from my page without warning. I am a mother of two children, my partner goes away with work Monday to Friday and just like everybody else we are trying to make endes meat, I hardly make a profit in selling these wonderful nappies and I find it very offensive when I see my creations up for Sale for more than I sold it for.
I hope you will respect this and adhered to what I ask.
Disclaimer
Cheeky bots reserves the right to refuse sales to any party, for any reason, at any time and no correspondence will be entered into.
30% cancellation fee applies to any cancelled Custom. $10 for instock, 30% for preorder and custom orders PRIOR to shipping/sewing to cover any time spent on correspondance, embroidery designs purchased and designing. If your nappy has been started then you are not able to cancel. Cancellation fee does not apply if stated turnover time has been exceeded.
Custom times are between a 8-10 week wait.
